406 Kitchen & Taproom was started by Jake Brosovich and Brittainy Doucette. They are a brother and sister team that bought the business from their mother Carol. Jake & Brittainy had the vision to update the building and create a fun and warm atmosphere that would be enjoyable to everyone. They picked out a modern industrial style for the building with lots of reclaimed wood and steel. They added a rooftop bar and patio to add to the hip and trending theme. Being the first bar/restaurant in Billings to have this concept.
Our 89 year old Grandfather came to America from Sicily, Italy when he was a teenager! He mastered pizza making and taught us everything he knows! When we say this is a family business, we mean it!
